If the renter fails to pay any agreed periodic instalment of Rental charges on the due date thereof the Renter shall be liable to pay interest thereon at the rate of 2% percent per instalment from the date of default till payment thereof.
The Renter hereby acknowledges that it shall have no right to terminate the term of Rental agreed upon herein prior to its due date of expiration; however if the renter terminates the term of rental period prior to its due expiration date, the Renter shall pay the Owner the full rent amount for the contracted period without any obligations on behalf of the letter.
The Renter further undertake to fully pay the due rent value for the equipment to the Owner without any delay on due dates, to return the equipment to the Owner immediately after the expiration of the term of the Rental Contract without any delay or impediment.
The Owner shall have the right to access the sites where the equipment is working at any time for inspection and to assure its presence in the said site.
The Owner shall also have the absolute right to recover the equipment at any time in the event the Renter does not pay the rent value, without any objection from the Renter and without the need to obtain any permission.
The Renter acknowledges that the equipment is in its possession on a rental basis and that the equipment does not belong to the Renter and that the Renter accepts all the technical, civil, and criminal liability related to the equipment.
If the Renter refuses to return the equipment, it shall be subject to legal action and take full liability for all financial and legal consequences and obligations resulting there from.
